Our fellow Lebanon Optimist, Lebanon City Manager and Metallic Coin Artist Gary Marks, is here today to start delivering the first orders of this year's "Lady Liberty" coin, "Liberty's Legacy" featuring another Lebanon Optimist, Boys and Girls Club Community Outreach Director Cassie Cruze. These beautiful coins represent a powerful message of support to abuse victims that tell us we can Live Free and a percentage of proceeds will be donated to the Boys and Girls Clubs of The Greater Santiam and the ABC House. Contact us today to get your gorgeous coin!
Today's Guest Speaker is Becky Van Atta from the Enliven Foundation. Becky is telling your Lebanon Optimists about how the Enliven Foundation is working to overcome obstacles for college bound single parents- helping them budget and find support so they can get their education while still providing for their kids. What a great cause! If you'd like to support the Enliven Foundation and the young parents they help, contact your Lebanon Optimists and we'll get you in touch!
