Here are fellow Optimists, Chief of Police Frank Stevenson and Officer Dala Johnson, telling your Lebanon Optimists about the wonderful "Shop With A Cop" program that LPD has done for over 20 years!

Their event is happening Saturday, where they'll help less fortunate children buy Christmas presents for themselves and their families (some kids even use the money to buy their pets gifts). What a wonderful program bringing joy to the kids that need it most!

Here is Kimberly Bevel, Executive Director of Pay it Forward, sharing her journey and how she was inspired to found her non profit that helps the disadvantaged get clothes, supplies, and other needed items to keep their families going. Many have joined their cause which is supporting thousands of people in and near our community every month. They have large plans for the Elks Lodge, hoping to buy it with a consortium of community organizations and turn it into a hub for many different resources.
